The service
DigestMe sends you a short, personalised editorial briefing by email, on a rhythm you choose. The service is free and provided as-is. By subscribing you accept these terms.
Your account
Your account is tied to the email you provide. Keep it accurate. You can manage your preferences or unsubscribe at any time from your account page — no friction, no retention emails.
Acceptable use
- Do not subscribe an email address that isn't yours.
- Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the content of digests to feed competing commercial products.
AI-generated content
Digests are composed with the help of large language models. They aim to be accurate and well-sourced but may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Treat DigestMe as a starting point, not a system of record. Always verify before acting on important decisions.
Intellectual property
Headlines and excerpts referenced in your digest belong to their respective publishers. The editorial framing, design, and code of DigestMe belong to DataGrow. You may forward issues to friends; please don't republish them as your own.
Liability
DigestMe is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DataGrow disclaims liability for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Termination
You can stop the service at any time by unsubscribing from your account page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
